Rewards + Credit Building
- Email to all residents (18+) upon enrollment with an invitation to download the app and create a password. Emails are being sent on the 10th and the 25th of each month
- Reminder emails will be sent monthly if they have not signed up (Second Nature can manually resend outside of scheduled reminders if needed)

$1M Identity Protection

- An EOI (Evidence of Insurance) is emailed 30-45 post-enrollment, typically around the 20th of each month.
